Request for assistance can be diverse.

  • Stress and strained, burn-out, you feel rushed.
  • Find it difficult to make decisions. 
  • Feel overloaded by work and tasks, tends to or procrastinate things.
  • Fear (of failure/ rejection), panic.
  • Anger, irritation, tempers.
  • Addictions.
  • Over eating or problems with weight.
  • Relationship and/or family problems.
  • Awareness of your own childhood baggage in relation to your children.
  • Social phobias.
  • Education issues.
  • You are often in your head and would like to rely more on your intuition and would like a better connection with your feelings and your heart.
  • You feel that there is more to life, but you do not know what or how to break the chain (of pain).

Sometimes someone does not necessarily have a clear complaint, but rather wants to experience more self-confidence or wonders how to give shape to his or her life.

Physical complaints, such as migraine, abdominal problems or sleep problems, can also be linked to our mental well-being. Even then it is advisable to make an appointment in order to examine together what is going on.

During a trajectory you will learn a series of tools & techniques that helps you to become more aware of when and how you get entangled in these negative emotions. We are going to look together how you can dismantle them in order to be less troubled by them.
